We are Architects, Planners, Interior Designers & Approved Valuers from the in-come tax authorities working under the above head since 1972. Late, Ar. R.S. Hombali was the founder of the Organization. Mr. Arunachal Hombali Architect Planner is the C.E.O and son of late, Ar. R.S. Hombali and Sarojini Hombali is the Chief Architect of the Organization. Mr. Arunachal Hombali, is an Architect, graduated from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology in the year 2000 and continued his studies for Post Graduation at School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi in the subject of Urban Planning (M. Planning). Sarojini Hombali graduated from R.V.C.E in the year 2003.

We are a Design team that includes in bridging the client’s needs with most efficient Designs. Wondrous attempt in smallest of plots. Every project is a design challenge, Well taken forward by our young positive enthusiasts. The zeal and urge to excel makes all the effort worth it when the final three dimensional scaled product stands in front of the eyes in reality. We take up designing of Office Complexes, Institutional Buildings, Apartments, Hospitals, Theatres, Banks, Factory Buildings, Bus Terminus etc.

Founder :

Late, Ar. R.S. Hombali was the main guiding force and back bone of the firm, also specializes in property and real estate evaluation. He graduated from M.S.University of Baroda, in the year 1970, started the firm M/s Ramamurthy, Hombali & Associates in 1972. A very inspiring person who played a major role in projects of various scale. His design ideas are unique and let others incorporate theirs and guides them in execution, suggesting appropriate technical aspects. Appreciates fresh minds with their new ideas

C.E.O :

Ar. Arunachal Hombali, son of Late Mr. R. S. Hombali, is an Architect, graduated from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology in the year 2000 and completed his studies for Post Graduation at School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi in the subject of Urban Planning (M. Planning) in 2003. He is the key person in all the design decisions of the firm. He encourages young and talented students to work at his firm. He is the driving force in functioning of the firm. He has vast experience in designing any kind of structure from the simple residence to any kind of space like institutional campus, commercial development etc. He has keen interested in interior detailing also. As he is an urban planner he has also widely designed neighborhood developments to the tune of 300 acres. Apart from practical experience at the firm, he has a teaching experience for more than ten years, as visiting professor in various renowned institutions.

CHIEF ARCHITECT :

Ar. Sarojini A Hombali, wife of Ar. Arunachal Hombali is partner of the firm, completed B. Arch from R.V.C.E, Bangalore in 2003, and works towards applying Eco Sensitive Design approach. She ensures that the buildings are sustainable in various aspects. The materials used in the projects designed by her are eco-sensitive and vernacular to maximum extent. Prefers designing Organic forms and fluidic designs.
